Return Policy

We need your order number, name, email address and the item number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering.

If you are in our local delivery area, you will receive a Credit Pick Up Ticket when we pick up your merchandise. In most cases, we will pick up for return within 24 – 48 hours of your request. If you receive your EVOS deliveries from a 3rd party such as UPS, FedEx, etc., we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.

You may return wrong item(s) to EVOS within 30 business days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted if the 30 business days have elapsed. All items to be returned must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation.

Items Not Returnables
Food products, medical products, special ordered products, custom ordered products, and any product that has been opened and not in its original manufacturer sellable condition.

In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee, but a 20% restocking fee may be charged on returns that are not the direct result of our error or fall outside our standard return policy guidelines.

Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 7 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Credit is issued is in the same format the purchase was made, credit card or on an open account. If you have questions on a return, please e-mail customer service at and we will respond to you quickly.

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 2 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. No orders can be canceled after this time period as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday 4:30PM MST to Monday 8:30 AM MST cannot be canceled, as these are processed over the weekend for shipment. To cancel an order you must call 480-497-0407.
